Yes. Both our home and showroom design consultations are completely free. Alan will take the time to understand what you want and offer honest, personal advice. We genuinely want the best for our customers and will help you make the right choices for your home and budget—with no pressure or obligation to buy.
Bring along anything that may help us understand your ideas, such as room measurements, photographs, plans, colour samples or inspiration pictures. If you already have a design or quotation from another company, bring that too—Alan can compare it properly, check the specifications and see whether we can match or improve the price. Don’t worry if you’re only at the beginning and have nothing prepared; Alan will talk everything through with you and help you work out the next steps.
Alan will take the time to listen to your ideas and understand how you want the finished room to look and work for you. You’ll discuss your style, practical needs and budget, and he’ll explain the available options honestly. A home consultation allows Alan to assess and measure your space, while a showroom consultation lets you explore displays, finishes and samples in person. There is never any pressure to make a decision.
